This collage "I Am a Calfornia Girl" is in a show at Frame of Mine on SE 8th St in Washington DC. I did it in a workshop at the National Gallery of Art--before the pandemic. The theme of the show is "Memories." Among my memories of California are peaches, golden hillsides with green trees, intimate back yards, sunshine and blue skies.
The other work I have in the show is a painting I posted on this blog on May 10 called "California Beach" which is of the coastline near Bodega Bay, one of my favorite spots.
